What is PCI-Assistant?
The PCI DSS Assistant Dashboard is a guidance platform that helps teams understand PCI DSS requirements. It offers requirement filtering, contextual guidance mapped to PCI DSS v4.0.1, and an AI chat that can produce draft text. The platform does not collect evidence, run scans, or perform formal audits.
Do I need training to use the dashboard?
No special certification is required. The dashboard is designed to be intuitive with in app tooltips and guided workflows. For more complex multi team uses, a short onboarding session can help align scoping and review responsibilities.
Are AI chat outputs stored or retrievable?
No — AI chat outputs are ephemeral and are not stored by the platform. You must copy any draft text out of the chat into your own documents or systems before closing the chat. Once a chat session is closed, its content cannot be retrieved from the platform.
Can I paste real cardholder data (CHD) or other sensitive data into the chat?
No. Do not paste actual cardholder data, full PANs, CVVs, or other highly sensitive personal data into the AI chat. The platform is for guidance and draft text only — never use it to process or store real CHD.
How long does it take to setup?
Account creation and access are immediate — you can sign in and use the guidance tools within minutes. Full time to complete your internal review and customization depends on scope and how many drafts you generate and review; simple scopes may take under an hour, while larger or multi team efforts may take several days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel via your Stripe account or your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. See Terms of Use for billing, refunds, and proration details.
